Ingredients:-
Tomatoes, ripe | 500 gms |
Garlic | 4 cloves |
Onion | 1 |
Carrots | 1 |
Cucumber | 1 |
Green bell pepper, seeded and quartered | 1 |
Parsley | 2 sprigs |
Fresh basil | 4 sprigs |
Lemon | 2 |
Salt & pepper | to taste |
A sprig to basil to garnish |
Preparation:-
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, puree well and strain.
2) Chill for several hours.
3) Adjust seasoning to taste before serving, garnished with sprig of basil.
